John T. Marcante

John T. Marcante is a technology and business executive serving as the US CIO-in-Residence at Deloitte. In this role, Marcante acts as an independent advisor, providing strategic guidance to clients, practitioners, and senior leadership on technology and executive leadership. He is also an associate dean and frequent speaker at Deloitte’s Next Generation CIO Academies, a mentor to technology executives, and a contributor to WSJ CIO Journal, supporting the development of future leaders in information technology and digital transformation.

Before joining Deloitte, Marcante was the Global Chief Information Officer and Managing Director at Vanguard, a major investment management company.
