Jocelyne Lamoureux-Davidson

Jocelyne Lamoureux-Davidson is a three-time Olympic medalist, six-time IIHF Women's World Champion, author, and advocate for gender equity whose impact extends far beyond the hockey rink. Widely recognized as one of the greatest players in the history of American women's hockey, she helped lead Team USA to its historic gold medal at the 2018 Winter Olympics, scoring the unforgettable game-winning shootout goal against Canada that secured the United States' first Olympic women's hockey championship in 20 years.

A native of Grand Forks, North Dakota, Lamoureux-Davidson starred collegiately at the University of Minnesota before transferring to the University of North Dakota, where she became one of the most accomplished players in NCAA history. During her international career, she represented the United States in three Olympic Games, earning one gold medal and two silver medals, while also capturing six IIHF Women's World Championship titles. In 2022, she and her twin sister, Monique Lamoureux-Morando, were inducted into the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame in recognition of their extraordinary contributions to the sport.
