Joanna Rajendran

Joanna Rajendran is a mindset mentor, keynote speaker, and two-time author whose work focuses on the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience. At age 17, Rajendran met her mentor, Tao Porchon-Lynch, a yogi and Guinness World Record holder. Rajendran spent more than two decades learning directly from Porchon-Lynch, an experience that became the foundation of her teachings in yoga, meditation, and personal development. After overcoming significant personal challenges as a teenager, Rajendran began teaching yoga, started and sold a yoga-inspired clothing line, and established her coaching and speaking business.

Rajendran is the author of two books. Her first, "My Guru Wears Heels," explores her intergenerational spiritual journey with Porchon-Lynch and the impact of their friendship. The book highlights how Porchon-Lynch's philosophies influenced both women and inspired transformation. Her second book, "BEST.LIFE.EVER.," presents 12 actionable steps based on her course, offering readers practical strategies for personal growth and resilience.

As a keynote speaker, Rajendran works with leaders and teams to strengthen skills such as focus, emotional regulation, communication, and clarity. She integrates meditation, breathwork, and neuroscience-based tools to help individuals, executives, and athletes regulate their nervous systems. Rajendran has collaborated with Tony Robbins, leading breathwork, meditation, and vision sessions for his private coaching group, The Platinum Lions. Her speaking clients include Boston Magazine, Kim Crawford, Athleta, Mercy College, IAPD, Boss Lady, The Bedford Playhouse, The Women's Alliance Committee, GPS Gifter X Talks, and LifeTime Fitness.
