Jim Dethmer

Jim Dethmer is a coach, speaker, author, and founding partner of The Conscious Leadership Group, a global consultancy focused on conscious leadership, executive coaching, and organizational development. Dethmer has dedicated more than four decades to advancing conscious leadership practices, working with leaders and teams to improve performance, communication, and workplace culture.
