Jill Young

Jill Young is an entrepreneur, speaker, author, and Expert EOS Implementer whose career centers on transforming leadership teams into high-performing, vision-driven organizations. After earning a Bachelor of Science in psychology and an MBA, Young held leadership roles in human resources, for-profit education, and professional training, and later served as president of a business solutions-focused CPA firm. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Young gained early exposure to the challenges and rewards of running a business, shaping her approach to business leadership and her commitment to entrepreneurial coaching.

As an EOS Implementer, Young has facilitated more than 1,000 full-day sessions, coaching entrepreneurs and leadership teams on organizational growth, business strategy, and leadership development. She has served as Head Coach at EOS Worldwide, where she coached other EOS Implementers. Young is the author of "The Advantage Series," a collection of books designed to help leadership teams achieve their goals. The series includes "The Courage Advantage," "The Learning Advantage," and "The Thinking Advantage." She also wrote "Earn It! The Tools You Need to Earn the Money You Want!"—a book for employees of entrepreneurial companies focused on value creation and professional growth. Young founded Coaching Magic, a school for coaches dedicated to professional development in the coaching industry.

With more than 5,000 hours spent working with leadership teams, Young emphasizes that entrepreneurs thrive on courage rather than fear, a philosophy reflected in her coaching and speaking engagements. Her experience across multiple industries provides a broad perspective for business owners seeking guidance in business growth, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Young’s keynote topics include business leadership, entrepreneurship, marketing, and women in business.

Young is also active in philanthropy, supporting organizations such as I Can Still Shine, a foundation for women and children affected by domestic violence. She has organized fundraising efforts and donates a portion of her EOS session profits to support families in need. Through her speaking, coaching, and writing, Young provides practical frameworks for entrepreneurs and leadership teams seeking to build successful, growth-oriented businesses.
