Jill Salzman

Jill Salzman is an entrepreneur, author, business coach, and keynote speaker recognized as the founder of The Founding Moms, a global platform supporting mom entrepreneurs in building and growing their businesses. Salzman graduated from Brown University and law school before launching a music management firm. She later expanded her entrepreneurial pursuits by starting a business selling baby jewelry, managing both ventures concurrently for six years. While expecting her second daughter, Salzman began organizing gatherings for fellow mom entrepreneurs through Meetup.com, which evolved into a business model.

The Founding Moms is a global organization offering offline meetups and online resources to more than 12,000 mom entrepreneurs. The platform provides support in marketing, branding, and sales, enabling members to develop their businesses at their own pace. The organization has established a presence in multiple countries and cities, serving as a resource for women in business and entrepreneurship.

Salzman is the author of "The Best Business Book In The World (According To My Mom)" and "Found It: A Field Guide for Mom Entrepreneurs." Her books address the unique challenges faced by mothers in business, filling a gap in traditional business literature. Salzman also hosted the business podcasts "Breaking Down Your Business" and "Why Are We Shouting?"
