Jessi Kneeland

Jessi Kneeland (they/them) is a coach, writer, and speaker with over a decade's experience as a personal trainer. They are dedicated to helping people overcome the suffering associated with body anxiety, insecurity, and negativity, and to improve their relationship with their bodies. Kneeland is an iPEC certified life coach and has launched a coaching practice that centers around the meaningful work of self-acceptance.

Throughout their career, Kneeland has been committed to advocating for body neutrality, a philosophy that emphasizes the idea that how we look is the least interesting and important thing about us. They have developed innovative strategies and tools such as the Body Neutrality Blueprint and the 4 Body Image Avatars, aimed at helping others attain body neutrality.

Jessi Kneeland is also a prolific writer and the author of the book "Body Neutral: A Revolutionary Guide to Overcoming Body Image Issues". Their work has been featured in numerous publications including "Women’s Health," "Shape," "Pop Sugar," "Refinery29," "BuzzFeed," and "Hello Giggles". Further solidifying their expertise in the field, Kneeland has delivered a TED talk on body neutrality that has been viewed by over 50,000 people.

Kneeland currently resides in North Carolina with their partner and cat, where they continue to inspire and help individuals overcome body image issues and embrace self-acceptance.
