Jeremy Cage

Jeremy Cage is a global business executive, entrepreneur, and author with a career spanning three decades in brand management, marketing strategy, and business growth. His experience includes delivering profitable growth for companies such as Procter & Gamble, Schering-Plough Healthcare, PepsiCo, The Lighting Science Group, and his own firm, The Cage Group.

Cage spent the first 16 years of his career at Procter & Gamble, followed by 10 years at PepsiCo, where he served as chief marketing officer of the International Foods business and senior vice president of the Global Snacks business. He has lived and worked in Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Venezuela, Brazil, Mexico, and the United States, bringing a global perspective to his leadership roles.

After his tenure at PepsiCo, Cage served as CEO of a lighting technology company, where he established a new strategic agenda and led a transformation in branding, innovation, supply chain, and organizational structure. He is also co-founder of several start-up companies focused on healthy foods and nutrition. Cage is president of The Cage Group, a strategy, marketing, and innovation firm that helps businesses and organizations realize their full potential. His achievements include launching new businesses within large corporations, revitalizing stagnating enterprises, and accelerating the growth of established brands.

At a pivotal point in his career, Cage took a 16-month sabbatical to sail around the world with his wife and two children, following four years of preparation for the circumnavigation aboard their 43-foot catamaran Hakuna Matata. This experience enhanced his leadership skills and reinforced his approach to personal and professional development. Upon returning, he developed the Unleashing Your Full Potential program, integrating insights from his business and life experiences.

Cage authored the book "All Dreams on Deck," which offers guidance on turning aspirations into reality and overcoming challenges in both business and life. Drawing from his sailing journey, the book presents a four-step process using nautical metaphors to illustrate the path from dreams to achievement. The book has been recommended by journalist Katie Couric for its insights on work-life balance.

Cage has shared his message with diverse audiences, including a TEDx talk at Wake Forest University titled "All Dreams on Deck," where he discussed goal-setting and personal growth through the lens of his sailing adventure. He continues to present on topics such as leadership, business strategy, and personal development, combining executive experience, entrepreneurial insight, and the lessons learned from his global journey.
