Jeff Wetzler

Jeff Wetzler, Ed.D. is an accomplished leader in education innovation and lifelong learning. He is co-CEO of Transcend, a national nonprofit focused on creating deep, equitable learning environments, after serving as Chief Learning Officer and Executive Vice President at Teach For America. Previously, Jeff worked as a management consultant, advising executives on strategy, leadership, and organizational development.

He earned his doctorate in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brown University. Jeff’s expertise integrates research, field experience, and practical leadership as he supports educational leaders, K-12 systems, and corporate teams worldwide.

Jeff is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network and an Edmund Hillary Fellow. A sought-after speaker, he shares refined strategies for curiosity, listening, and unlocking organizational potential.
