Jeff Green

Jeff Green is the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of The Trade Desk, a leading independent demand-side platform in digital advertising and media buying. Green began his career by founding AdECN, an online advertising exchange later acquired by Microsoft. At Microsoft, he contributed to the company's online advertising strategy before launching The Trade Desk. Under Green's leadership, The Trade Desk expanded globally, completed an initial public offering, and earned recognition from Fortune as one of the 100 Fastest-Growing Companies and Best Places to Work.

Green has been recognized as an American Marketing Association 4 Under 40 emerging marketing leader and, with co-founder Dave Pickles, received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He has served on the Networks and Exchanges Quality Assurance Guidelines Committee for the Internet Advertising Bureau and contributed to the boards of several technology companies. Green frequently participates in industry events and has launched educational initiatives focused on digital advertising concepts.

Green established the Jeff T. Green Family Foundation and signed The Giving Pledge, committing to donate more than 90 percent of his wealth to charitable causes. The foundation leverages data science to address disparities in education and opportunity, including mentorship programs and scholarships for underrepresented groups.
