Jean Lin

Jean Lin is a leader in the global digital marketing and advertising industry, with a career spanning three decades from entrepreneur to senior executive at Dentsu Group Inc. Lin began her career as an account executive at Ogilvy Taiwan. She established the digital agency wwwins Consulting, which later became Isobar's first Greater China office after joining Aegis Media, playing a significant role in Isobar's expansion in the Asia Pacific region.

Her professional journey includes founding wwwins Consulting (Isobar), which was acquired by Dentsu, and holding various global leadership roles at Dentsu, including Global CEO of Isobar, Global CEO of CX and Commerce, and Global CEO, Creative at Dentsu International. As Global CEO, Lin led one of the fastest-growing, full-service digital agency networks, overseeing more than 6,500 digital professionals across over 85 locations in more than 45 markets. She championed a philosophy of "Invent Make Change" to highlight Isobar's adaptability and innovation in digital transformation and client solutions. Under her leadership, Campaign Asia Pacific recognized Isobar as Digital Agency Network of the Year six times in seven years.

Lin's influence extends beyond agency management. She serves on the Effie Worldwide Board of Directors and its Executive Committee, the D&AD Advisory Board, and has been appointed Jury President at Cannes Lions on three occasions. She has also served as Jury President at D&AD, Spikes Asia, and as Grand Jury for the Gerety Awards. Lin has spoken on the main stage at Cannes Lions, advocating for experience-led transformation powered by creativity. Her industry recognition includes being named one of 30 global "Women to Watch" by Advertising Age, ranking among Asia Pacific's top female talent, selection as one of the region's Top 5 CEOs by Campaign Asia Pacific, and induction into the Hall of Fame of Campaign's Digital A-List alongside Jack Ma, Pony Ma, and Robin Li.

Lin joined the Executive Management Team at Dentsu Group Inc., serving in multiple global leadership roles, including Executive Officer developing sustainable business solutions and Global Chief Culture Officer. She was named Group President – Global Practices, leading key practice areas across Dentsu's brands to create unique value as a global brand. Lin currently serves as Global Chief Brand Officer at Dentsu Group Inc., where she leads the group's global brand vision, positioning, architecture, and brand portfolio strategy, and serves as executive sponsor of the group's Data & Tech and AI Forum.

Lin operates at the intersection of creativity, data, technology, and sustainability in global marketing. She is a keynote speaker on topics such as marketing, female leadership, women in business, and executive leadership. Lin holds a master's degree from Northwestern University and is a frequent contributor to industry thought leadership content and events. Throughout her career, she has advocated for diversity and inclusion, sharing her journey from founding a startup during the dot-com boom to leading one of the world's largest marketing networks as a source of inspiration for future industry leaders.
