Jason Bronstad

Jason Bronstad is the CEO of MALK Organics, a clean-label, plant-based milk and creamer brand recognized in the food and beverage industry for its focus on ingredient transparency and plant-based innovation. Bronstad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Although he initially considered a career in investment banking, he transitioned to the consumer packaged goods sector, beginning his career at Sara Lee as a retail operations manager and advancing to category planning manager and director of customer marketing. His experience also includes leadership roles at Mike's Hard Lemonade, where he served as vice president of sales and general manager for the Central Region, and as president of Mighty Swell Cocktail Company before joining MALK Organics.

Bronstad's move to the clean-food sector was influenced by a personal health journey that aligned his values with MALK Organics' mission to offer consumers clean, simple, and nutritious plant-based alternatives. After consulting for MALK, Bronstad accepted the role of CEO. Under his leadership, the brand expanded from 1,200 to more than 15,000 store locations and became one of the fastest-growing plant-based milk brands in the industry.

A significant factor in MALK Organics' growth has been its commitment to ingredient transparency and clean-label products. The company is known for its organic plant-based milks and innovative products such as plant-based creamers that contain no gums, fillers, or oils. MALK Organics has also formed partnerships with celebrities and influencers on specialty Erewhon smoothies and serves as the exclusive almond milk at the Erewhon Tonic Bar, where it is the top-selling plant-based milk brand.
