Jason A. Hunt is a leadership speaker, author, and trainer whose work emphasizes that real leadership is built on influence rather than authority. During his tenure as principal of a large middle school, he faced significant self-doubt but ultimately transformed the school’s culture by focusing on personal influence with staff. Hunt began his leadership journey at age 19, leading 100 church members in outer Siberia.
