Jamie Hess is a keynote and TEDx speaker, media personality, wellness entrepreneur, and creator of the popular Instagram account, @NYCfitfam. She contributes healthy living advice to hundreds of shows including TODAY, Good Morning America, The View, and beyond. She is the face of zuda activewear on QVC , and co-host of Off the Gram podcast (named one of the The 40 Best Podcasts by Good Housekeeping).

After beating a slew of self-destructive habits to become a top executive, Hess turned her worst liabilities into her greatest assets.
