James Fantauzzo

Dr. James Fantauzzo is a management consultant and human resources expert specializing in leadership development, organizational behavior, and employee motivation. He serves as president of Creative Training Solutions, an organization focused on management consulting, training, and professional speaking. Fantauzzo holds a doctorate in management administration and organizational behavior from Walden University.

Throughout his career, Fantauzzo has provided consulting and training services to the health care, manufacturing, and hospitality industries, as well as academic institutions. His expertise includes training and development, team building, employee relations, customer service, and leadership coaching.
