James Buescher
James Buescher Biography
James Buescher is an American stock car driver best known for winning the 2012 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Championship. Born in Florida and raised in Texas, he began racing at 12 and quickly rose through the ranks, claiming the ASA Late Model Series South title in 2006. Buescher competed in both the Truck and Xfinity Series, earning four Truck Series wins during his championship season and a surprise Xfinity win at Daytona in 2012. After stepping away from racing in 2015 to focus on family and a real estate career with his wife Kris, the couple also launched the Buescher Foundation, which has helped over eighty families adopt a child domestically. Buescher also made brief racing returns in 2020 and 2021.
