Jaime Komer

Jaime Komer is a former water polo goalkeeper who represented the United States in international competition. Komer earned a gold medal with the United States women's national water polo team at the World Championship and the Pan American Games, as well as a silver medal at the Beijing Olympic Games. Komer was also named to the USA Water Polo Women's Senior National Team for the FINA World Championships, where she earned another gold medal. Her career established her as one of the most accomplished goalkeepers in American water polo.

Before joining the national team, Komer competed at the collegiate level, earning a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in French at UCLA. She helped lead the Bruins to three NCAA titles and earned All-American honors all four years. Komer also played in Australia, where she contributed to two National League Championships.

Komer's experiences as an Olympic water polo goalkeeper and her personal journey through athletic burnout inform her commitment to well-being and intentional living. She guides Olympians, Paralympians, professional athletes, women's groups, business executives, parents, and entrepreneurs through transitions, drawing on her background in health and wellness coaching. Komer holds a master's degree in health and wellness coaching and integrates guided visualizations and creative imagery into her practice.

As the founder of Consciously Connected, a personal growth consultancy, Komer developed "The Kampfire," a practice for self-exploration and personal growth, and hosts the "Consciously Connected" podcast. Her coaching supports sports and business professionals at the intersection of wellbeing, authenticity, connection, and growth. Komer draws on her competitive experience and personal insight to engage audiences across industries.
