Jacqueline Brassey

Jacqueline Brassey is a leader in organizational health and workforce wellbeing, serving as co-director of Healthy Workforces and director of research science at the McKinsey Health Institute. With more than 25 years of international experience in business and academia, Brassey has held roles at Unilever and McKinsey and is recognized for expertise in sustainable human development, positive neuroscience, and leadership development. Brassey is also a research fellow at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and an adjunct professor at IE University in Madrid, contributing to academic discourse on employee resilience and performance.

Brassey has co-authored and presented more than 100 articles, books, book chapters, podcasts, and scientific papers, and is frequently invited to speak at global forums and conferences. Her research has shaped international understanding of holistic employee health, including leadership in large-scale studies such as a global survey of more than 30,000 employees across 30 countries. Brassey advises organizations including the World Wellbeing Movement, Wellbeing at Work, and the World Economic Forum Healthy Workforces Initiative, highlighting her role in shaping policy and practice at the intersection of business and health.
