Jack P. Flaherty

Jack P. Flaherty is an author, keynote speaker, business consultant, and risk management expert with a career spanning more than two decades in corporate America. A graduate of Pepperdine University's George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management, Flaherty began his professional journey on Wall Street, gaining experience on Morgan Stanley's Interest Rate Derivatives Trading Desk. He later moved into management consulting, spending 15 years with Deloitte and PwC, where he served as a client service executive specializing in technology and risk management. Flaherty has also held executive officer and strategic advisor roles in the Web3 and blockchain sectors, expanding his perspective on the challenges facing modern business leaders.

Throughout his consulting career, Flaherty worked with many of America's largest corporations as an executive officer, strategic advisor, and management consultant. He oversaw hundreds of organizational assessments and conducted thousands of executive interviews, identifying decision-making as one of the most critical risks for individuals and organizations. Flaherty observed that many leaders struggle with decision-making not due to a lack of intelligence or drive, but because they have not received adequate training or mentoring—a challenge intensified by the pace of modern business, hybrid work environments, and real-time communication technologies.
