Ilene Dillon, MSW, LCSW, LMFT, is the founder of Emotional Mastery for Life and a recognized authority on human emotions. With more than 50 years as a psychotherapist, marriage and family counselor, coach, and teacher, Dillon brings decades of experience guiding individuals toward emotional clarity, healing, and transformation.

Known as The Emotional Pro, Dillon is dedicated to helping individuals who feel stuck in life to move forward. As the developer of Emotional Realignment, she specializes in helping people understand and use emotions as they are designed to work, addressing personal challenges at their root and supporting conscious life design.

Dillon’s expertise in emotional mastery is informed by personal experience. After facing significant challenges in her own life, including navigating anger and emotional upheaval as a single parent, she developed systems for emotional awareness and management. These systems have been taught to thousands and are reflected in her identification as a recovered angry person.

Dillon is a global speaker, podcast host and guest, and a multiple Amazon International and National No. 1 bestselling author. Her works include "Emotions in Motion: Mastering Life's Built-in Navigation System," "End Manipulation: Stop Being Jerked Around by Toxic, Energy-Draining People," and contributions to "The Wellness Universe Guide to Complete Self-Care." She has authored more than 20 books, workbooks, and media albums, and hosted "Full Power Living" for 13 years.
