Howard Dell

Howard Dell is a Canadian athlete, actor, musician, and motivational speaker whose career spans Olympic competition, professional sports, entertainment, and public speaking. Dell competed in the four-man event at the Winter Olympics, representing Canada in bobsleigh, and was a six-time Canadian two-man and four-man bobsleigh champion. He also played for the Toronto Argonauts and Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League as a wide receiver and defensive back. A nationally ranked decathlete and sprint hurdler, Dell's athletic career is recognized for its diversity within Canadian sports.

Dell is a world championship bronze medalist in bobsleigh, a liver transplant recipient, and an eight-time gold medalist and world record holder in the World Transplant Games. His experiences navigating the medical system and undergoing a transplant have shaped his perspective and message as a public speaker.
