Hilary Waller Biography
Hilary is the director of education and programming and a psychotherapist at The Postpartum Stress Center in Rosemont, Pennsylvania. She provides individual and group therapy services, oversees training and education programming, and leads much of the center’s educational in-service instruction.
Hilary earned dual bachelor’s degrees from Columbia University and The Jewish Theological Seminary. Early in her career, she worked with adolescents in both formal and informal educational settings, an experience that sparked her interest in parent-child relationships. She later earned a master’s degree in counseling psychology with a specialization in marriage and family therapy.
Her clinical and educational work focuses on supporting new parents as they navigate the emotional, psychological, and relational challenges that can accompany pregnancy and parenthood. Hilary is deeply committed to providing compassionate care and fostering learning opportunities that strengthen families during the perinatal period.
