Guillermo Mendoza

Guillermo Mendoza is a leadership acceleration expert, speaker, author, and executive coach focused on transforming managers into leaders. Based in the Greater Houston area, Mendoza is the founder of Impact Coaching Solutions, a firm specializing in leadership development and executive coaching for organizations worldwide.

Mendoza's corporate background includes a career at Microsoft, where he began in sales and expanded operations by opening subsidiaries in Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Panama. He later served as general manager for the Caribbean and Central America region. Mendoza also held the role of chief executive officer at SeguriData, concentrating on digital enrollment solutions to prevent identity theft. At Microsoft, he held positions such as manager of licensing for Latin America and business developer and manager for Central America. These executive roles across multiple industries and regions provide Mendoza with a comprehensive perspective on leadership challenges at the executive level.

Mendoza shares expertise in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and coaching to support executive leaders and their teams in developing leadership skills and achieving organizational results. He is a certified international coach and trainer for the International Coaching Community based in London and a certified practitioner for the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi 2.0), EQ 360, and Personalysis Personality Assessment. Mendoza is the first USA trainer for the ICC International Coaching Community, certifying professional coaches, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
