Greg Harris

Greg Harris is the president and CEO of Quantum Workplace, an Omaha-based technology company specializing in employee engagement and performance management software. Harris began his career as an analyst and broker at a Wall Street investment bank before earning degrees in political science and research methodologies from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Prior to his current role, Harris was the founder and president of Lincoln Mackenzie, Inc., a technology and research firm focused on client loyalty in the financial services industry, which later merged with Quantum Workplace.

Under Harris's leadership, Quantum Workplace has become a recognized authority on workplace culture and employee feedback. The company has developed one of North America's largest databases of employee engagement data through the Best Places to Work program.
