Greg Bustin

Greg Bustin is a leadership and organizational performance consultant with more than two decades of experience helping companies build cultures where accountability drives results. After leading the Dallas office of an international consultancy, Bustin founded Bustin & Co., working with leadership teams from global brands including Burger King, PepsiCo, Sony, Fujitsu, Verizon, and Nucor, as well as mid-sized companies seeking growth. His approach is based on the conviction that clarity creates confidence and that the absence of accountability is a significant barrier to achieving organizational goals, a perspective supported by surveys of more than 5,000 executives.

Bustin is the author of five leadership books. His fourth book, "Accountability: The Key to Driving a High-Performance Culture," published by McGraw-Hill, was recognized as a Soundview Executive Best Business Book and draws on interviews with senior leaders at companies such as Marriott, Southwest Airlines, The Container Store, and Ernst & Young, as well as data from more than 8,000 executives worldwide. The book introduces the Seven Pillars of Accountability framework. His fifth book, "How Leaders Decide: A Timeless Guide to Making Tough Choices," explores 52 historical events, from Julius Caesar crossing the Rubicon to the Apollo 13 crisis, and draws leadership lessons from each moment.

In addition to his writing, Bustin is an internationally recognized speaker and facilitator, having delivered more than 700 keynotes and workshops on topics including leadership development, strategic planning, conflict resolution, and workplace accountability. As a Master Chair for Vistage International, Bustin leads executive groups and provides coaching to CEOs, presidents, and partners. His insights on leadership have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Forbes, Inc., Fast Company, and Investor's Business Daily.
