Grant Gustin

Grant Gustin has been active in theater and the arts from a young age. During his high school years, Gustin attended the Governor's School for the Arts program in Norfolk, Virginia, for musical theater, as well as Hurrah Players Incorporated, a theater organization in Virginia. After graduating from Granby High School, Gustin attended the BFA Music Theatre Program at Elon University in North Carolina for two years.

Gustin left school to take the role of Baby John in the Broadway revival tour of "West Side Story," performing with the tour from its opening through its closing.

Gustin made his television debut on the series "Glee" as Sebastian Smythe, a member of the Dalton Academy Warblers. He secured the recurring role of Sebastian after an extensive casting search, having originally auditioned for a different part. Gustin began filming immediately after finishing his final performance in "West Side Story."

Following "Glee," Gustin appeared in the Lifetime film "A Mother's Nightmare" and played a major role in the independent film "Affluenza." He also appeared in eight episodes of the teen drama "90210" during this period.

Gustin was cast as Barry Allen, also known as The Flash, in the second season of the CW series "Arrow." His appearance led to the launch of "The Flash" as a standalone series on The CW, where Gustin starred as the title character for the show's entire run. His performance earned multiple award nominations and recognition in the superhero television genre. Gustin also reprised the role in crossover episodes with other CW series, including "Supergirl."

Gustin co-starred in William H. Macy's film "Krystal." He is recognized for his work in television and film and remains active as an actor and public speaker, with a career spanning musical theater, drama, and superhero television.
