Ginger Gonzaga

Ginger Gonzaga is an American actress, comedian, writer, and director known for her work in television, film, and comedy. Gonzaga earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and international relations with a minor in Chinese from UC Santa Barbara. She trained in sketch comedy and improv at the Groundlings and Second City Theaters. Before her entertainment career, she was a national-level debater and impromptu speaker, which informs her quick wit and screen presence.

Gonzaga began her on-screen career hosting Hulu's daily pop culture show "The Morning After" and gained wider recognition with a film role in Seth MacFarlane's comedy "Ted." She has appeared in several television series, including "Togetherness" and "Room 104" on HBO, Showtime's "I'm Dying Up Here," and the Michel Gondry-directed series "Kidding." On Hulu's "Chance," Gonzaga played Lorena, and on Netflix's "Space Force," she portrayed AYC.

Gonzaga joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the Disney+ series "She-Hulk: Attorney at Law" for Marvel Studios, playing Nikki, Jennifer Walters' best friend. Her performance contributed to the show's popularity on streaming platforms. Gonzaga collaborated with costume designer Ann Foley to develop Nikki's distinctive style, incorporating elements from her own wardrobe.

She was a co-lead in the CBS series "True Lies," playing Helen Tasker, a role reimagined from the action-comedy feature film. As a writer, Gonzaga has sold shows to Warner Brothers and HBO and made her directorial debut with the short film "Your Day," which she also wrote and starred in. In addition to her on-screen work, she has contributed voice performances to animated series such as "Family Guy," "Robot Chicken," and "American Dad!" Gonzaga is also recognized for her advocacy in mental health awareness.
