Ganes Kesari

Ganes Kesari is an entrepreneur, artificial intelligence (AI) thought leader, TEDx speaker, and Forbes contributor with more than two decades of experience addressing organizational challenges through technology and data science. Kesari began his career in technology consulting, working with Fortune 50 clients such as General Electric and AT&T to implement technology-driven business transformation.

Kesari co-founded Gramener, a data science company that expanded to a 250-member team delivering AI and data storytelling solutions to more than 125 clients worldwide. As Chief Decision Scientist, Kesari led innovation through the company’s AI Labs and Data Story Labs, advancing the use of data visualization and storytelling to make complex insights accessible to business leaders. Gramener was acquired by Straive, a company backed by a major private equity firm. Following this, Kesari founded Tensor Planet, an AI-driven predictive maintenance company focused on improving operational uptime for commercial fleets in the United States.

Kesari is a writer and educator, authoring more than 100 articles that clarify data science concepts for a broad audience. He contributes to publications including Forbes, Entrepreneur, MIT Sloan Management Review, and The Enterprisers Project. Kesari received the CSuite Award for Best Blog by a Business Leader and has been recognized as a top writer in AI on Medium. He also founded Innovation Titan, a data science thought leadership and advisory firm supporting executives in building data-driven organizations. His expertise includes decision intelligence, advanced analytics, machine learning, and data visualization.

Kesari has spoken at more than 50 global events, including TEDx, O'Reilly Strata, and INBOUND, and conducts corporate workshops on business transformation through data analytics and AI. As an adjunct professor at NJIT MTSM Business School, Kesari brings practical expertise to the classroom and has delivered guest lectures at Princeton University, Columbia University, Rutgers University, and the Indian School of Business. His work continues to focus on simplifying data science and enabling decision-makers to realize its potential across entrepreneurship, academia, and public discourse.
