At Edelman, Becker served as president of strategic partnerships and global integration, where she identified and advanced strategic alliances and partnerships worldwide.

Becker entered the food industry after her two sons were diagnosed with celiac disease, prompting her to address the lack of healthy, gluten-free options in grocery stores. She founded CAULIPOWER, a company dedicated to reinventing popular comfort foods to be both nutritious and convenient. Under Becker’s leadership as CEO, CAULIPOWER became a leading brand in the better-for-you frozen food sector, recognized for its cauliflower crust pizza and gluten-free offerings. The company’s products are available in more than 30,000 stores and 5,000 restaurants across the United States, and it achieved over $100 million in revenue within five years, capturing a significant share of the U.S. pizza market. CAULIPOWER has been acknowledged as a top brand in the gluten-free and cauliflower-crust frozen pizza categories. The company was acquired by Urban Farmer, combining manufacturing capabilities with CAULIPOWER’s established brand presence.
