Felicia M. L. Davis

Felicia M. L. Davis is a neurodiversity speaker, CEO of Eunoia Thinking, and the author of "Autism, Not Attitude: Embracing Neurodivergence at Work and in Relationships." Davis is a charismatic leader with over 15 years of experience, from small nonprofit organizations to leading numerous teams around the world at a Fortune 500 financial firm. She has a reputation as a business leader in diverse team dynamics and social equity, grounded in practical experience combined with academic principles. Davis holds a master’s degree in organizational management and a bachelor’s degree in economics. Diagnosed with autism and ADHD as an adult, Davis learned to turn her disability into a superpower within the business world, which contributed to Davis’s rapid professional and personal success.

As a female ENTP-A with autism and ADHD, Davis is a statistical rarity, in part because many similar cases are under- or misdiagnosed.
