Eve Lewis is a certified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher and accredited mental health coach, renowned for her expertise in mindfulness, meditation and emotional well-being. Lewis spent 12 years at Headspace, joining in the early days of the company’s formation. During her tenure, Lewis created hundreds of hours of meditations, mindfulness exercises and sleep content and is one of the most well-known voices in the industry. Lewis was a host of "Radio Headspace" (100 million downloads) and narrated the "Headspace Guide to Sleep" on Netflix. She is deeply passionate about making these practices feel accessible and approachable and has designed and facilitated interactive sessions and workshops on managing stress and anxiety, mindful leadership, grief and loss, better sleep and the science of meditation.
