Estyn Elan

Estyn Elan is a certified image consultant, fashion designer, illustrator, and keynote speaker whose career spans high fashion, performance, and professional development. A career in fashion design led Elan to Los Angeles, where she designed for major labels including BCBG Max Azria, Splendid/Ella Moss, Bebe, AG Jeans, and Michael Stars. Her designs have appeared on television, billboards, in films, and have been worn by celebrities. Elan's fashion illustrations have been featured by Pantone's Color Forecast. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, where she was awarded second place in the FIDM National Scholarship Award and graduated Phi Theta Kappa with a degree in Fashion Design.

Elan is a certified image consultant, fashion designer, and an illustrating member of the Costume Designers Guild IATSE 892. She has also worked as a professional dancer, performing on stage for audiences of tens of thousands, including at the Playboy Jazz Festival at the Hollywood Bowl. Elan discovered her interest in public speaking after winning a charity beauty pageant and addressing the audience about the event's benefactor. She spent six years living in Europe, where she learned the importance of effective communication and became conversational in German.

Upon returning to Los Angeles, Elan earned certifications in leadership, interpersonal communications, and image consulting. She founded Estyn Elan Studio, where she works with professionals to align their personal and executive brands with career goals and company culture. Elan specializes in visually defining clients' value propositions, helping them communicate success authentically and increase VIP client acquisition and retention. She has served as a consultant and presenter for the NEW Women's Business Center and created the course "Dress Code: The Polished Professional."

Elan has illustrated for the Condé Nast television show "Would They Wear That." She won a public speaking contest in the humorous division, emceed the Tepeyac Leadership Gala in Phoenix, and participated in the Vote Run Lead Action National Leadership Training in Atlanta. Elan is also an active lector at her local parish, where she has performed readings for Bishop Marc Trudeau. She frequently speaks on topics related to elevating appearance, behavior, and communication skills, as well as art, fashion, and design, making her a credible voice for audiences across industries.
