Elle King

Elle King is an American singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist recognized for her genre-blending approach to contemporary music. Combining elements of country, rock, blues, and soul, King developed her musical style by participating in New York City's local songwriting scene, performing as a busker, and playing guitar and banjo. Her influences include Otis Redding, Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Hank Williams, and Johnny Cash. After signing with RCA Records, King released her debut EP, "The Elle King EP," which featured "Playing for Keeps," the theme song for VH1's "Mob Wives Chicago." She was highlighted as an artist to watch by Esquire Magazine.

King achieved mainstream recognition with her debut studio album, "Love Stuff," which included the single "Ex's & Oh's."
