Elizabeth Dixon is an engaging business leader who has spent over two decades learning what makes teams thrive and brands unforgettable. With 20 years of leadership roles at Chick-fil-A Support Center and collaborating with industry leaders, including Southwest Airlines, The Ritz Carlton, Zappos, and Wegmans, she brings practical experience in purpose-driven culture, customer experience, and leadership development.
Dixon developed and was CEO of Trilith Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to inspiring flourishing in individuals and communities. Author and courtesy-appointed Fellow at Baylor University, she speaks nationally on topics of Customer Experience, Purpose, and Flourishing. Always growing, always creating, Dixon is Founder and CEO of Slumber Sleepwear, a luxury sleepwear company, and Founder and CEO of Possibility Co.
Her most cherished parts of life include being a wife to her best friend, John, and Mom to her two precious children, David and Ansley. In her leisure time, Dixon enjoys being a student of cooking with her daughter, a backyard soccer player with her son, an aspiring golfer with John, a vigorous reader, and an adventure enthusiast alongside her family.
