Efthemia Papadopoulos

Dr. Efthemia Papadopoulos is a multidisciplinary scholar, wellness advocate, and organizational psychologist whose work connects science, education, and holistic well-being. Papadopoulos holds a Doctor of Philosophy in organizational psychology, a Master of Science in statistics, and a Bachelor of Science in pre-law sociology and psychology. Her yoga practice is a central component of her wellness approach, featured in the "Easy Yoga" section of her platform, thehappyeveryday.org, where she provides accessible, science-informed movement practices to a broad audience.

Papadopoulos is the founder of the Happy Everyday movement and its associated nonprofit organization, an initiative focused on education and the pursuit of happiness through the integration of sociology, psychology, statistics, technology, and mindful practice. She is the author of "The Happy Brain, Body, Being," a philosophical work that presents strategies for training the mind and body toward well-being, accompanied by video content designed to educate and motivate. Her professional experience includes postgraduate research training in artificial intelligence for Tesla's autopilot and work in business intelligence across the music, film, and video game industries.

As an educator, Papadopoulos has served as a professor of management at California State University Fullerton and as an instructor at Westcliff University, where she developed curriculum for doctoral, master's, and undergraduate strategic leadership programs.
