Dr. Trisha Bailey

Dr. Trisha Bailey is a billionaire entrepreneur, bestselling author, and public speaker recognized for her leadership in healthcare, business, and philanthropy. As the author of "Unbroken" and "A Dream Come True," Bailey has built a healthcare enterprise encompassing 16 companies, employing more than 5,000 people and generating hundreds of millions in revenue. She expanded a medical supply business in Orlando, Florida, into a multi-state operation spanning seven states. Bailey is widely acknowledged as the wealthiest Jamaican-born woman in the United States, with a career marked by financial expertise and business growth.

Bailey's professional background includes academic and athletic achievements at the University of Connecticut, where she graduated and competed as a collegiate athlete. She later earned a master's degree in business administration and a doctorate in management in organizational leadership. Bailey began her career as a stockbroker at Salomon Smith Barney, becoming the youngest stockbroker in the firm's history and the only Black woman in New England with the company at that time.
