Dr. Tiffany Moon

Dr. Tiffany Moon is a board-certified anesthesiologist, bestselling author, entrepreneur, and television personality whose career bridges the worlds of academic medicine, business, and media. An Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at UT Southwestern Medical Center, she is a nationally recognized educator and researcher with over 50 peer-reviewed publications, honored as Faculty of the Year and a Distinguished Educator by the American Society of Anesthesiologists. She also serves as an Oral Board Examiner for the American Board of Anesthesiology.

A graduate of Cornell University and UT Southwestern Medical School—where she earned Alpha Omega Alpha honors and a Distinction in Research at just 23—Dr. Moon completed her residency at the University of California, San Francisco. Her research in thoracic anesthesia, obesity, and neuromuscular blockade has been published in leading medical journals worldwide.

Beyond medicine, she is the founder and CEO of Aromasthesia Candle Company, Three Moons Wine, and the LeadHer Summit, a national conference empowering women in leadership. Her debut book, "Joy Prescriptions," became a USA Today #1 bestseller, offering a science-backed and deeply personal roadmap to overcoming perfectionism and cultivating self-compassion.
