Dr. Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz

Dr. Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz is a board-certified OB/GYN and integrative medicine expert with a focus on women's health. Gilberg-Lenz earned her medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She holds board certification in integrative and holistic medicine and completed her clinical Ayurvedic Specialist degree at California College of Ayurveda. Gilberg-Lenz has maintained a private practice in Beverly Hills, California.

Combining conventional medical training with holistic expertise, Gilberg-Lenz bridges evidence-based science and a whole-person approach to women's health care. Throughout her medical career, she identified a lack of information and support for women experiencing menopause. In response, she developed "Menopause Bootcamp" retreats, which became the foundation for her book, "Menopause Bootcamp: Optimize Your Health, Empower Your Self, and Flourish as You Age," published by Harper Wave. The book addresses menopause with a comprehensive approach, integrating meditation, yoga, therapy, herbal supplements, and current medical science.

She serves as Chief Medical Correspondent for The Drew Barrymore Show and has appeared on Today, CNN Headline News, the Steve Harvey Morning Show, and the Dr. Oz Show. Her work focuses on translating complex medical topics into accessible information for the public.

Gilberg-Lenz is Chief Clinical Officer at Monarch, a company supporting physicians in delivering membership-based care models for women's health. She is co-founder of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center's Green Committee and is committed to promoting healing at individual, family, community, and environmental levels. Gilberg-Lenz continues to advocate for women's empowerment, education, and well-being through her clinical practice, media appearances, and public speaking.
