Dr. Sharon Arrindell

Dr. Sharon Arrindell is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker and Coach, board-certified licensed Christian marriage and family therapist, author, pastor, professor, and entrepreneur. Arrindell serves as president and CEO of Inspired Wholeness Enterprise, which encompasses Inspired Wholeness School, Wholeness Counseling and Coaching Service, and Inspired Wholeness Ministries. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in organizational management, a Master of Science in counseling, a doctorate in biblical studies and biblical counseling, and a Doctorate in Education Leadership.

Arrindell began her career in the fashion industry before transitioning to education, counseling, and public speaking. She worked in New York public schools with autistic children and later continued as a school counselor in Florida, providing professional development training to educators. Arrindell has served as an adjunct professor at several universities and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology and counseling at Indian River State College and Montreat College.

Arrindell is the author of eight books, including the bestseller "Armored and Victorious," the sequel to her biographical work "Weapons for Victory." She contributed to the international bestseller "The Fiercely Unstoppable Entrepreneur" and collaborated on "Destiny Unleashed." Arrindell is also the visionary behind the anthology "From Cocoon to Soar: Compilation of Unstoppable Female Leaders," which achieved bestseller status in multiple categories on Amazon. Her work focuses on faith-based personal development, leadership, and mental wellness.

As founder and CEO of Inspired Wholeness Enterprise, Arrindell develops programs for women and leaders, such as WAIT, a 10-week program for women, and SOAR, a six-week leadership program for female leaders in church, business, and life. She is the creator and host of "The Marriage Makeover" podcast and has been featured in publications including New York Weekly, as well as on local television and various podcasts and media outlets. Her story and work have been highlighted on magazine covers, television, podcasts, a Times Square billboard, and other media platforms.

Arrindell has spoken at events in the United States, the Caribbean, Paris, and Spain. Her presentations address topics such as faith, female leadership, personal transformation, and mental wellness, drawing on her academic expertise and personal experience to engage audiences across diverse contexts.
