Dr. Nicole Lipkin

Dr. Nicole Lipkin is an internationally recognized organizational psychologist, speaker, published author and executive coach. Partnering with leadership teams across the globe, she has elevated culture and leadership strategies at some of the largest corporations in the world, including Google, Berkshire Hathaway, Visa, Honda, Hearst and UnitedHealth Group.

Dr. Lipkin is the CEO of Equilibria Leadership Consulting, a leadership and organizational development firm, and founder of HeyKiddo, a technology company dedicated to building leadership, social, and emotional skills in children and their grownups. She exited her first company, which she scaled to one of the largest group psychology practices in the Philadelphia region, in 2022. Across her network of companies runs one intertwined mission: to enhance from the inside out.

She is the author of two bestselling books, “What Keeps Leaders Up At Night” and “Y in the Workplace: Managing the “Me First” Generation.” With a doctorate in clinical psychology (Psy.D.), an MBA and Master of Criminal Justice (MACJ), Dr. Lipkin is an adjunct faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership and a board-certified, ICF-credentialed executive coach. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband and son, Charlie, where they can be found having killer living-room dance parties at any given time.
