Dr. Nicole Lipkin is an internationally recognized organizational psychologist, speaker, published author and executive coach. Partnering with leadership teams across the globe, she has elevated culture and leadership strategies at some of the largest corporations in the world, including Google, Berkshire Hathaway, Visa, Honda, Hearst, UnitedHealth Group and more.

Dr. Lipkin is the CEO of Equilibria Leadership Consulting, a leadership and organizational development firm and Founder of HeyKiddo, a technology company dedicated to building leadership, social and emotional skills in children and their grownups. She exited her first company that she scaled to one of the largest group psychology practices in the Philadelphia region in 2022.
