Dr. Manijeh Motaghy is an organizational psychologist, keynote speaker, author of "It's Not Easy to Be Human: A Compassionate Journey and Guide to Optimize Human Potential, Achieve Fulfillment, and Systemic and Ecological Well-Being," and creator of the Mindful Life Optimization methodology. Dr. Motaghy's work centers on three domains of Mindful Life Intelligence: human experience, conduct, and happiness; systems, both natural and constructed; and our relationship with the planet. Through this framework, she helps audiences understand why it is not easy to be human and how to develop the inner skills needed to live, lead, communicate, innovate, and make decisions with greater clarity, steadiness, humor, and responsibility.
