Dr. Leslie Pasco

Dr. Leslie Pasco is a dentist, practice management consultant, coach, and public speaker known as The Lifestyle Dentist. Pasco graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and has built a career in general, family, and cosmetic dentistry. As a general dentist and practice management consultant for more than 25 years, she expanded her first dental practice more than tenfold in less than a decade. Pasco increased her patient list to more than 27,000, brought in associates and specialists to enhance care, collected more than $4 million annually, and grew her private practices to 7.5 times in gross revenue.

Pasco’s expertise includes completing more than 25 on-site office transformations, resulting in production and collections increases of up to 50 percent. She educates dental professionals on business growth, reducing dependence on insurance companies, improving patient care, increasing earnings, and achieving work-life balance. As a keynote speaker and industry expert, Pasco addresses topics such as "5 Steps to Success in Dentistry," "Dental Office Organization Workshop," "Case Acceptance Made Easy," and "Your Practice, Your Retirement." Pasco has focused her career on children’s health, drawing from decades of clinical experience. After treating hundreds of thousands of patients and observing widespread health challenges, she dedicated herself to preventative myofunctional therapy to support children’s growth, breathing, and overall well-being. Pasco is the founder and president of MyoWay Centers for Kids. With extensive experience in pediatric and family dentistry, she specializes in how airway and muscle function affect growth, sleep, learning, and health. Pasco is also a certified Buteyko instructor and myofunctional therapist.
