Dr. Leah Lagos

Dr. Leah Lagos, Psy.D., B.C.B., is a health and performance psychologist recognized for her work in heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback. Lagos is a board-certified clinical and performance psychologist and is licensed in New York and New Jersey. She is board certified in biofeedback and is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, the Association of Applied Psychophysiology & Biofeedback, and the Biofeedback Foundation of Europe.

Lagos has worked with high-level performers across sports, business, medicine, and entertainment, including PGA Tour champions, NBA coaches, hedge fund founders, and CEOs. She has consulted at the NFL scouting combine, provided onsite support at PGA tours, and worked with professional basketball players and their families on career development for the NBA. Lagos has also collaborated with collegiate athletic teams in track, rowing, basketball, football, and golf.

Her practice focuses on enhancing focus, cognitive dexterity, self-regulation, and the ability to manage physiological and mental states under pressure. It has been published in nine countries. Lagos has also contributed to the Elite HRV app, developing a program for resilience and peak performance.
