Dr. Lawana Gladney

Dr. Lawana Gladney, Ph.D., is a speaker, trainer, author, and media personality recognized as the Success Psychologist and the Emotional Wellness Doctor. Gladney holds a doctorate in instructional psychology and technology, with a focus on emotional wellness and the science of the mind. Her academic background examines human behavior and the ways the brain processes information to facilitate meaningful change.

With more than 30 years of experience in emotional wellness, leadership development, and organizational psychology, Gladney is the creator of the Success Psychology Method, a framework designed to help executives, teams, and companies master emotional wellness, overcome barriers, and achieve measurable results. As CEO of Gladney Enterprises, she has delivered presentations to audiences worldwide and has worked with Fortune 500 companies, including IBM, AT&T, PepsiCo, Aetna, Texas Instruments, Pitney Bowes, the U.S. Coast Guard, Freddie Mac, the U.S. Department of Defense, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Pentagon.

Gladney has been ranked among the top five most requested speakers in Meeting Professionals International, an organization of more than 24,000 meeting planners and suppliers.
