Dr. Julie Radlauer

Dr. Julie Radlauer is the CEO of Collectively and a leading voice in Socially Connected Leadership. She is the author of "CONNECT: 100 Ways to Create Happiness in Your Life," and brings more than 25 years of experience helping teams create real culture change in nonprofits, government, academia and the corporate world. Dr. Radlauer is the co-founder and facilitator of the Learning to Lead Academy, which has been responsible for shaping more than 320 leaders during a 22-year period.

She has extensive experience in organizational development and frequently works within organizations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Dr. Radlauer -- an international keynote speaker, a TEDx speaker and a bestselling author -- also has deep experience in mental health and public health, and has spoken at the United Nations.

Dr. Radlauer is a researcher in the social influences of mental health and uses that research to create impact within communities, systems, organizations and individuals. She brings mental health expertise into the business world to create socially connected organizations. Dr. Radlauer's approach is collaborative, creative and curious, and she educates through media, stage production, video production, podcasting and writing. Her research on structural racism in systems has led to the development of a national curriculum designed to create more equitable systems.
