Dr. Julie Lee

Dr. Julie Lee is a clinical psychologist, behavioral health strategist, and Gen Z expert whose work focuses on the intersection of psychology, organizational culture, and education. With more than two decades of experience, Lee has developed a career supporting individuals, institutions, and corporations in understanding and addressing the mental health and professional development needs of younger generations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Wellesley College, a Master of Education in human development and psychology from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Doctor of Philosophy in clinical psychology from Suffolk University.

Lee's clinical and institutional experience includes roles at universities such as Harvard University, where she served as a psychologist, and Brown University, where she was an academic dean. She has worked with Gen Z students, young professionals, and families navigating the pressures of modern life.
