Dr. JoAnn Dahlkoetter

Dr. JoAnn Dahlkoetter is an Olympic sports psychologist, professional athlete, and internationally recognized keynote speaker whose work bridges elite performance and the mind-body connection. Affiliated with Stanford University Medical Center as a performance consultant, she is the CEO of Performing Edge Coaching International Association and the founder of a premier sports psychology resource serving athletes, coaches, and sports parents worldwide. A Diplomate in Sports Psychology, Dr. JoAnn brings more than 30 years of clinical experience working with Olympic and professional athletes, CEOs, performing artists, and individuals in high-stress careers.

Her client roster includes five Olympic gold medalists who have competed across the last five Olympic Games, as well as professional teams and top business leaders. Dr. JoAnn is also the author of several books, including the #1 national bestseller "Sports Psychology Coaching for Your Performing Edge," and is a longtime featured columnist for The Huffington Post.

In addition to her clinical and coaching work, Dr. JoAnn is an accomplished elite athlete. She was once ranked the #1 triathlete in the United States by Triathlete Magazine, won the San Francisco Marathon, and placed second at the World Championship Hawaii Ironman Triathlon. Her firsthand experience as a champion competitor deeply informs her approach to performance psychology.
