Dr. George

Dr. George is a retired Lieutenant-commander of the Canadian Royal Navy where he was recognized for his outstanding leadership during close to 14 years of military service. He led his doctoral research of psychology during his military service while directing and commanding operational crews during international NATO operations. He conducted his doctoral research with the Canadian Armed Forces and focused on developing high impact teams that could perform under extreme operational conditions. His research, his personality and his dedication have made him a national awarded psychologist doctor specialized in resilience and organizational leadership solutions.

As a consultant in crisis response and mental health, he has been the architect of numerous mental health management programs for North America's largest corporations. In addition, Dr. George is the CEO of Alpha Medical Clinic and SOS - Sabongui Organizational Solutions where he works with companies to straighten out team dynamics to help employees perform to their full potential.

He also created Energia, an e-learning platform that aims to train and educate the individual on mental well-being and stress management.
