Dr. Geetu Bharwaney is a leading authority on emotional intelligence, with more than three decades of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational effectiveness. Bharwaney is the founder and CEO of Ei World, a company specializing in strategic imperatives and purposeful change. She has worked with high-performing teams across industries such as pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and technology, and has provided evidence-based coaching to clients including FTSE 100 and Fortune 50 companies.
