Dr. Gail Saltz

Dr. Gail Saltz is a psychiatrist and Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill-Cornell Medical College. Saltz is also a psychoanalyst with the New York Psychoanalytic Institute. She graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency in internal medicine and psychiatry at Cornell-Weill School of Medicine and New York Presbyterian Hospital. Saltz maintains a private practice in Manhattan and serves as health editor at Child Mind Institute, focusing on mental health, emotional well-being, and human behavior.
